We want you to feel as confident in your apparel as you do in your training. If your RYSE gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
